Coastal Rentals and Property Management was founded five years ago by Mary Ruth, whose vision was to address a critical gap in the vacation rental industry. Mary Ruth recognized that many management companies prioritize rental operations while neglecting property maintenance, often passing unnecessary expenses onto owners instead of maximizing cost recovery through guest reservations. With 23 years of management experience and an educational background that includes a major in medicine and a minor in business administration, Mary Ruth combined her expertise to create a business that truly manages and maintains properties to the highest standard. Inspired by her desire to provide a valuable service to the community while remaining present for her two sons, she has shaped Coastal Rentals and Property Management into a family-oriented company that prioritizes fairness, transparency, and exceptional service for both owners and guests.

Co-Owner
Ashley brings over five years of management experience to her role as Co-Owner of Coastal Rentals and Property Management. With a background in medical billing and coding, Ashley possesses a keen eye for detail and a strong organizational skill set. When she entered the industry, she quickly recognized the need for professionals who genuinely cared for others' properties as their own, ensuring trust and meticulous attention to detail in the owners' absence. Her decision to join Coastal Rentals and Property Management was driven by a desire to focus on family and create a work-life balance that allows her to spend more time with her loved ones.
